MCCB

MCCB (Molded Case Circuit Breaker) is a protective device designed to safeguard electrical circuits from overloads, short circuits, and other faults in medium and high-power applications. Unlike MCBs, MCCBs have a higher current rating (up to 2,500A) and adjustable trip settings, making them suitable for industrial, commercial, and large-scale power distribution systems. MCCBs provide reliable protection for heavy machinery, motors, and transformers, ensuring system safety and minimizing downtime during faults. They are known for their durability, versatility, and ease of maintenance.

Single-Phase MCB

Designed for single-phase systems (230V), it protects circuits in residential or small commercial setups, typically used for lighting, fans, and low-power appliances.

Three-Phase MCB

Used in three-phase systems (400V) for industrial or larger commercial applications, it protects heavy machinery, motors, and high-power equipment by disconnecting all three phases simultaneously during a fault.

Isolators

Isolators, also known as disconnect switches, are mechanical devices used to isolate a part of an electrical circuit from the power supply. They are typically installed in high-voltage and low-voltage systems to ensure the safety of personnel during maintenance or repairs. Isolators do not interrupt load currents but are used only when the circuit is de-energized.

Designed for outdoor and indoor applications, isolators are commonly used in substations, transmission lines, and industrial systems. They provide visible isolation, ensuring complete disconnection and preventing accidental energization during maintenance activities.

ELCB

ELCB (Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker) is a safety device designed to protect people and equipment from electrical shock or leakage currents. It detects any imbalance in the current flow caused by leakage to the ground and quickly disconnects the circuit to prevent harm.

ELCBs are commonly used in residential, commercial, and industrial installations to safeguard against electrical faults and reduce the risk of fire caused by current leakage. Available in two types—voltage-operated and current-operated—they ensure enhanced safety and compliance with electrical safety standards.

Distribution Boards

Distribution Boards (DBs) are key components in electrical systems that distribute power from the main supply to various circuits. They contain circuit breakers, fuses, and protective devices to prevent overloads and short circuits. Used in residential, commercial, and industrial settings, DBs offer centralized control, ensuring safety, reliability, and easy maintenance of electrical circuits.
